The company plans to construct a facility covering 18,000 m², including a 12,000 m² production workshop, a 5,000 m² office area, and a 1,000 m² laboratory, with a total investment of 400 million RMB.
The company specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of high-purity metals and products, high-purity alloys, special functional metals, special functional powders, and high-purity powder materials. It possesses production lines for high-purity metals, functional alloys, functional powder materials, and sputtering targets, as well as a comprehensive metal materials laboratory.

Hebei Gaoye Materials operates a 12,000 m² production workshop equipped with the following state-of-the-art facilities:

– Features: High power, low energy consumption, high efficiency, and multi-purpose functionality (capable of producing different high-purity metals in one batch, processing materials with melting points below 3400°C). Equipped with purification capabilities and imported core components.
– Applications: High-entropy alloys, high-purity metals for semiconductors, high-purity alloys for aero-engines, and master alloys for 3D printing.
– Products: High-purity Ni-Ta (99.99%), High-purity Ni-Nb, High-purity Nb, High-purity Ta, mainly used as high-performance additives for aerospace superalloys, serving renowned domestic and international clients.
– Power: 600KW (single-gun)
– Applications: Production of high-purity refractory metals and high-purity alloys.
– Products: High-purity Ni (99.999%), High-purity Co (99.99%), High-purity Nb (99.99%), High-purity NiV (99.99%), primarily for the semiconductor integrated circuit industry.

– Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS): 1 of China’s largest SPS furnaces + 6 additional units, capable of producing tubes, round ingots, and various shapes.

– 2 Cold Isostatic Presses (CIP): φ650mm×3000mm (300MPa) & φ450mm×800mm (300MPa).
– 1 Large-tonnage Hydraulic Press: 800mm×800mm table, 500-ton force.
