1. Composition Ratio, Grade: TiAl70/30, TiAl50/50, TiAl40/60, or as per customer requirements.

2. Product Characteristics: TiAl alloy, as a new type of lightweight high-temperature structural material, with its unique advantages such as low density (3.9–4.2 g/cm³), high specific strength, and high creep resistance, holds promise for replacing some nickel-based superalloys in the 600–900°C temperature range, for manufacturing certain aerospace structural components and rotating or reciprocating components in ground-based power systems.

3. Production Process: Smelted in a vacuum arc furnace.

4. Product Applications: Used as raw material for vacuum coating, alloy targets, and magnetron sputtering coating. Also used in the manufacturing of cutting tools, molds, and super-hard material powder metallurgy parts.
